AmethystBee.com, (“website”, “site”) is operated by Amethyst Bee, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and utilizing any services, content and information made available on AmethystBee.com, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms, conditions and policies including our Privacy Policy.

USE OF WEBSITE

You may use the content of this site for informational purposes, shopping, or for placing an online order(s).

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Our standard customer service hours are between 10am-5pm (ET) Wednesday thru Sunday. Inquires to AmethystBee.com made outside of our standard customer service hours may experience a delayed response. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during our regularly scheduled service hours.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our gemstones and crystals contain natural variation in size and color, and may also have naturally occurring fractures, inclusions, and flaws which are not to be considered imperfections, but part of the stone’s natural beauty. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

 

Our artwork, jewelry and unique gifts are handcrafted and considered unique one of kind pieces. Should an artist create more than one of the same or similar piece(s), expect variations in the finished product as the item has been handcrafted using natural materials.

 

While we have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products, you still may experience slight color variations due to individual computer monitor displays. 

 

ORDERS

All items must be paid in full at time of purchase. Please review our Method of Payment section below for further details. 

 

All orders are subject to availability. Should an order be placed for an item that is not available at time of processing, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. 

Substitutions and/or exchanges are not possible due to the natural variations in our products.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time, limit order quantity without notice, and change prices and/or promotions without notice.

 

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

 

By placing an order with Amethyst Bee, LLC or Amethystbee.com you are agreeing that all items purchased are solely for personal use, and not for resale purposes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. When using a credit card for payment, please ensure you provide accurate information pertaining to your name, billing and mailing addresses, email address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause delays in processing and shipment of your order(s). 

 

RETURNS

Due to our curated collection of natural gemstones, crystals and one of a kind handcrafted artisan items and gift sets, all sales are final. Please be sure to ask any questions before purchasing. Should there be an issue with your purchase, please notify us immediately so we can try to make it right. In rare circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, if a return is granted, restocking fee(s) and/or return shipping fees may apply.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the continental US. All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail service and will include shipping insurance. Notification of shipment and tracking information is provided by email once item(s) have shipped. 

 

Orders for IN STOCK items are processed in 1-3 days. We ship twice weekly. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery of all in stock items. 

 

Multiple item orders may be shipped together or separately dependent upon item type and category. For singular orders requiring multiple shipments, notification of shipment and tracking information per shipment will be provided.

 

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Amethyst Bee, LLC and Amethystbee.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders during transit. We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders for safe delivery. However, due to potential damage and losses during transit, we have elected to automatically include shipping insurance on all orders. 

 

Shipping insurance is provided by ShipSurance, a third-party provider of shipping insurance partnered with Shippo.

 

DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS

Amethyst Bee, LLC and Amethystbee.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items or orders during transit. 

 

Should you find your item(s) have been damaged during transit, notify us immediately so we can provide the appropriate solution(s). DO NOT ship damaged items back to us as this will nullify any damage insurance claims.

 

In the event that filing a claim for damaged or lost items or orders is necessary, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS CAREFULLY:

All claims to be filed for damaged or lost items during transit are your sole responsibility. If you need assistance in                 filing your lost or damaged claim, we can help provide you with the necessary information and/or documentation

required to do so.

For damage claims, please keep all packaging materials and items in your possession as they may need to be                         inspected  by the shipping carrier to complete your claim. PLEASE DO NOT ship items back to Amethyst Bee, LLC

as reshipping damaged items nullifies your shipping insurance damage claim.

 

For lost shipment claims, ShipSurance requires a minimum of 20 calendar days to pass from original date of shipment

before filing a claim. Please notify us after 20 calendar days if you still have not received your items so we can help

provide the necessary information to complete your lost shipment claim with ShipSurance.
